You look after us all and we love the nice things you do
You buy us nice presents and you cook us nice food
Visiting our Grandma (Nana) is always so good

But today we have a surprise just for you
We have chosen it carefully and mammy helped to
We hope your birthday is as wonderful as you
and that it's wonderful the whole day through

As I grew you were always around
Supporting us, handing out advice that was sound
I knew I could always rely on you
You never judged me whatever I would do

If I had a problem I needed to share
You always made time and were always there
So now that I have grown if there are things you can't do
Be sure my darling Grandma (Nana) I am always here for you
