Missing You Poems and verses to let your loved one know how much you miss them. Being away from a dear one is difficult why not send them a greeting card or text message letting them know how much you are missing them and showing how much they mean to you.











I miss you so it hurts every day
Oh why Oh why did you go away
Could you not stay a while longer
Or help me until I can feel stronger

When you are away from me I feel so incomplete
Part of me is missing like my heart skipping a beat
I am only half a person when you are not by my side
So please make me whole again this loneliness I cannot abide

I know you have to travel work dictates it so
But I really get depressed every time you have to go
Absence makes the heart grow fonder is very true I find
But I would still prefer you staying home and not leaving me behind

Missing you my love every day
But compensated by the thoughts of what you receive in pay
Do not worry I will find things to pass my time
And when you get home we will splurge dining out and drinking wine

I am missing you are you missing me
When we are together I am as happy as can be
The days pass very slowly when you are not here
But they fly like the wind when you are not near

Please come home as soon as you can
I hate being in this house without my man
I talk to the walls like Shirley Valentine
And I have polished the windows 'till my eyes hurt from the shine

So please come home soon because I am so sad
If I spend anymore time alone I am sure I will go mad
I have arranged all the cupboards in uniform order
I have even papered the shelves with a decorated border

So my darling man before I run off to the sun
Come back home to me so we can have some fun
I will cook all your favourite things just the way you like
And if all this does not tempt you then just get on your bike
