Maybe an M&S *Dine in for two
Or anything else in store to suit you

* M&S stands for Marks & Spencer but any store may be added

I have left the receipt wrapped within
So you can exchange instead of putting in the bin

At this very expensive time in your life
It’s hard to choose a Wedding gift that is just right
So I decided money would not come in wrong
Have a great time all day long

The tradition of giving wedding gifts comes from Kings and Queens
and was no doubt translated by people of the land within their means
Kings would give their brides cities other guests would give jewels
Gifts from guests are now more practical as a general rule
So although my gift is not decked with jewels and gold
It is given with thought and wishes a millionfold
